​It is a course suitable for experienced swimmers who are used to open water and long distances. In addition to the long distance, it requires experience in dealing with waves, wind and currents. Staying in cool water for a long time will also bring the risk of hypothermia. In addition, due to the long duration of effort, long distance trainings that develop the ability to use energy stores effectively should be done sufficiently. It is also necessary to be able to cope with the psychological fatigue that will occur along with physical fatigue.

The 7 km long course will start from Meis Island and end at the Mumi Beach terrace in Kaş. At the 3.5 km intermediate control and rest point; there will be a boat where you can refill sugary food, electrolyte liquid, tea/soup etc. hot drinks. It is free to hold on to the boat during refueling, but it is not possible to get on the boat. You can give your garbage (if you have any) to this boat.

The water temperature will be around 25°C. All types of swimsuits are allowed. Wetsuit use is prohibited. It is mandatory to use the competition cap provided in the swim kit. Time control will be done with a chip wristband. Inflatable swimming buoy will be used. The swimmer must bring the buoy himself/herself and it is the swimmer's responsibility to ensure that it is usable/intact.

** Important Warning: 7 km "Marathon" swimmers must have a valid passport and visa. You must make sure that you have these conditions before registering. Swimmers who cannot fulfill their visa and passport responsibilities will not be able to board the competition boat even if they register, as they will not be able to pass through the customs area and will be deprived of their competitor rights.

Use of Vaseline and bag delivery
Vaseline or sunscreen will not be applied while boarding the ferries or on the upper floor inside the ferry. The area reserved for the use of Vaseline is the aft section on the lower floor of the ferry. Bags will be left on the ferry and will be collected at the finish. You must use the numbered bags provided with the kits, otherwise the organization will not be responsible for lost bags.

​Categories
Apart from the general classification, 4 different age groups are made based on the year of birth;
25-34 years old / 35-44 years old / 45-54 years old / 55+ years old
 

Awards
All participants are given a bag, t-shirt, sweatshirt, bonnet and towel.
All swimmers who complete the course within the time limit are given a commemorative medal.
In the 7 km "Marathon" course, the first three places in the general classification are given a trophy, and the first three places in the age group are given a shield.

In addition, if there are sponsor awards, they will be announced later.
Participants who take the podium in the general classification will also take the podium in their age group.​
